1. What type of digital products do you sell?
Measure and Mark offers digital downloadable products for renovators, designers, DIY'ers and more. All our products are designed to help you plan, create, and execute your projects with precision.
2. How do I receive my digital download?
Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive a download link via email immediately. You can also access your downloads through your account on our website, if you created one during checkout.
3. What file formats are your products in?
Our products are typically delivered in PDF, PNG, or ZIP formats.
4. Can I print the files I purchase?
Yes! All of our digital products are designed to be printer-friendly. You can print them at home, at your office, or through a professional print service.
5. Can I use the files on my tablet or phone?
Absolutely. Many of our products (especially planners and templates) are optimised for digital use on devices like iPads and mobile phones.
6. Do you offer refunds on digital products?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. However, if you have any issues with your order please contact us and we’ll make it right.
7. Can I share or resell the products I purchase?
No. All products are for personal use only unless stated otherwise. You may not share, redistribute, or resell our digital files. For commercial licensing, please reach out to us directly.
8. What should I do if I didn’t receive my download link?
First, check your spam or promotions folder. If it's still missing, double-check the email address used during checkout. If needed, reach out to us and we’ll resend the link.
9. Can I redownload my files later?
Yes - keep your original download email safe. If you've lost access, contact us with your order number.
10. Do you take custom digital product requests?
We’re always open to suggestions! If you have a specific need or want a custom version of one of our products, please get in touch and we’ll let you know if it’s something we can do.
